Workshops Pre-registration Required*

The Spine Education & Research Institute (SERI) will be the site for the 2010 AANOS and ICS Platform Presentations, Mini-Symposiums & Surgical Workshops. The state-of-the-art facilities was founded in October 2001 and is an ideal site for hands-on cadaveric and saw-bone surgical training. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to clinical research, youth science education, and community events. Transportation will be available for registrants between the Brown Palace Hotel & Spa and the SERI.

*Each workshop requires pre-registration on a first-come first-serve basis. Registration will be based on the optimal number of participants per available cadaver ratio, with a minimum participation of pre-registrants required. Meeting Registration
The Meeting Registration form can be downloaded and faxed or completed on-line. Everyone attending or participating in educational sessions, including faculty, is expected to complete the registration form and return it with payment. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. All Spouses/Partners and Guests attending the meeting but not participating in educational sessions are expected to complete the registration form and pay the Supplement Fee. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is April 26, 2010. Refunds will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, upon receipt of written notification via fax or mail. Verbal or written cancellations after April 26, will not be honored. Please allow four to six weeks after the meeting for your refund.
 
Please note that registration for AANOS or ICS can be conducted using the registration form or online. Registration for either group entitles you to access to any CME session for either group. The AANOS sessions are being planned by individuals with dual membership in both organizations and as such ICSUS considers the Neurological and Orthopaedic Sessions of the AANOS to be its offering as a "Program of Special Interest." CME credit for AANOS sessions will be supplied by that group directly. AANOS is an ACCME accredited provider.

Business casual attire is recommended in educational sessions. Casualattire is appropriate for most social events. Evening attire is recommended for the Convocation and New Fellows Reception. Black tie is optional for the Gala Banquet.
 
Open Papers, Abstract Submission and Program Registration
Expenses associated with the submission and preparation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter. Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.  Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register for the meeting and pay the meeting registration fees.

Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space & rate-availability basis. All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. Guest Room Cancellations
Guest room cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM, 24 hours prior to arrival. If a reservation is not cancelled in time, your credit card will be charged an amount equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax.
 
Airport Transportation
Denver International Airport is 23 miles from downtown, and a taxi ride costs $43. You may want to consider an airport shuttle:

SuperShuttle Denver - ICS discounted rates are $19 one way/ $32 round trip. Passengers can make reservations by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN (258-3826) and give the code CUEUH to the operator. Big Sky Shuttle -  ICS discounted rates are $18 one way/$24 roundtrip. Passengers can make reservations online at; http://www.blueskyshuttle.com use discount code ICS.
 

Parking
Valet parking is available to all overnight hotel guests and guests who are attending group functions and are not overnight guests of either hotel, at a discounted rate of $17 for 24 hours with in and out Privileges. For visiting guests, an hourly rate not to exceed $17/day will apply.
